Bellytox Account Application
Thank you for your interest in BellyTox and helping us inspire people to give and live happy! To apply to be a retailer, our account application process takes around 7-10 business days and is outlined below. During peak seasons, the process can take a bit longer so we appreciate your patience! Any account information that is skipped or incorrect will lengthen the application processing time.
*Brick and Mortar locations are required. We do not offer zip code exclusivity but do check proximity based on the above criteria for every new application. All locations are subject to BellyTox's approval process. In-home retailers, kiosk locations, Facebook e-tailers, 3rd party sellers, and consignment locations are not permitted.
*If approved, you have 30 days to place your first order before your account is set to inactive
*Minimum opening order $150, reorders are $150
*For payment, we accept credit card or net 30 for credit approved customers. We require the first order to be on credit card and you can request terms approval once submitted
*All product must be ordered in minimum quantity increments as listed
*All goods are shipped FOB from Maryland using the best rate (via UPS or USPS) unless otherwise specified.
